  I'd give it zero stars if it was an option. Staff are rude, they don't listen to anything you have to say, and the older lady with a mustache always tells you to "listen" and treats you like you're a child. Rooms have a bad odor, even the non smoking rooms. Stayed here for a week and a half and had a horrible experience with staff so we went across the road to Budget Inn (Great hotel, for the same price as Americas Best Value Inn), the owner is foreign but he is SUPER nice, and even held our hotel room for us. :) I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all, maybe for a one night but nothing longer. I told myself I would rather pay Budget Inn $330 a week than pay Americas Best Value Inn. They don't deserve the money! I worked nights and my fiancé worked days (we are both out of town for work) & so I would only get the housekeepers to come in on sundays to clean & change the sheets, but I had my own cleaning supplies and vacuum so they didn't have to come in everyday while I was sleeping, so every other day we would go down to the front desk to give them our dirty towels to exchange for clean ones, and I told the man at the front desk sorry for coming down, and he just rolled his eyes and didn't even respond, I said sorry twice, still nothing. Very disrespectful staff/owners. They're nice to your face but once you pay them, don't expect any kindness :) WiFi didn't work at all, after connecting it wouldn't even work. Our lamps in the room beside the beds didn't work, the outlets were crappy, super old and the plugs wouldn't even stay in. You have to keep plugging in.

  Rooms are cleaned daily but the staff is NOT trustworthy. My things were gone through.
